The accommodations consists of:
Entrance hall open onto the living room, guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen with central island
(American fridge/freezer General Electrics and central gas cooker)

Leading to the outdoor barbecue area ( brand new gas barque have been added ) for al fresco dining, the pool terrace and opening onto the dining room.

The dining room is also open onto the living room through some steps, which has a decorative fireplace and enjoys beautiful views of the pool terrace and pine trees.

On the ground floor:
1x twin bedroom  has two single beds and faces the pool terrace which has sliding doors opening to the pool area. It has its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
1x tiwn bedroom has two single beds can be made as a double bed and also faces the pool terrace. The en-suite bathroom has shower and bath.

Upstairs -1st floor:
A modern staircase with stainless steel balustrade with timber handrail leads to the two upstairs bedrooms.
The very large master bedroom with king-size bed has its own walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath + shower) and large private terrace.

The( 4th) bedroom with double bed, has its own en-suite bathroom (shower) and private terrace facing the pool.

The 5th bedroom is a smaller bedroom (which is next to the 4th bedroom) , this bedroom has windows and has a brand new bed which can be used as a single or being pulled out and used as a double bed.

Both upstairs terraces enjoy some sea and golf views.
